Our houses have been designed to meet the high expectations of the residents and to best meet their preferences. At the same time, the houses’ design allows the initial interior layout to be modified to meet the needs of the residents as closely as possible.

Our offer includes stylish, elegant single-family houses, situated on large plots of land. Each house offers spacious interiors that open out onto the garden. The layout of the rooms has been designed with the art of design and practical aspects that influence the functionality of the house.

The large living room with open-plan dining area and kitchen is connected to the garden by a large accordion window – as much as 6.5 m of glazing, which further optically enlarges the everyday space of the home and provides fantastic light into the interior. The ground floor has some practical utility rooms: a large dressing room with a vestibule, a pantry and a bathroom. Another advantage of the house is the unique garage, whose area (60 sq m) allows for the storage of 2 cars and additional vehicles, such as bicycles, quads or motorbikes.

The first floor of the house is an individual space for householders and guests, where everyone can expect privacy and comfort. In particular, the most impressive feature here is the master bedroom with dressing room and its own bathroom, totalling 35 sqm. In addition, the design includes 3 additional bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room.
